This is the vision behind Kitts Creek in Morrisville, NC. The beautiful and distinctive homes at Kitts Creek take their exterior design cues from small towns from a century ago, and so does the community spirit. Our goal is to create the finest community in the Triangle, celebrating the essence of small-town America with all the conveniences of today.

Kitts Creek’s streets are engineered to be walkable instead of just drivable, and sidewalks are lined with front porches instead of garages to invite conversation among neighbors. We’ve created an open and engaging atmosphere where people feel connected to each other and their community.

Our Community Center features an 8-lane, 25-yard competition pool meeting RSA guidelines, great for swim meets or just cooling off on a hot summer day. The newly remodeled 7000 square foot Clubhouse includes a workout facility, full kitchen and a large two-story room ideal for parties or meetings. The room is elegantly appointed with seating areas, a dining area and a player piano providing ambiance. The mezzanine area is also available to homeowners.
