MORRISVILLE, NC - ExperienceOne Homes is proud to announce the Grand Opening of a unique community that celebrates the essence of small-town America with all the conveniences of today. Kitts Creek, centered on America near the turn of the 20th Century, is conveniently located just seconds from the RTP in Wake County, just off Miami Boulevard in Morrisville.

This unique community is unlike anything the country has seen since the early 1900s. With 16 distinctive architectural styles, 22 floorplan options and five different exterior options per style, homeowners will have over 110 different exterior combinations to choose from. When completed, Kitts Creek will comprise nearly 800 thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted homes.

The small town ambiance can be felt as residents come down the tree-lined main avenue into the neighborhood. There they will see pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and large traditional Grand Boulevard estate homes centered around the community's three-acre town-square complex and expansive Community Center.

Kitts Creek will feature both townhomes and four different series of single-family homes to choose from. Single-family homes range from beautiful Cottage designs to Grand Boulevard estates. The Cottages are designed with efficient use of space and include two car garages. They range in size from 1,900 to 2,700 square feet and are priced from the mid $200's. The Grand Boulevard estate homes range in size from approximately 3,700 to 4,300 square feet and start in the high $400's. They feature 10', 11' or volume ceilings on the first floor, large gourmet kitchens, smooth ceilings and beautiful crown molding. Townhomes at Kitts Creek range in size from 1,900 to 2,100 square feet and start from the mid $200's. All the homes in the community have attached rear access garages with a private drive similar to homes of the early century.
