The community layout for Kitts Creek features a main avenue into the neighborhood lined with Grand Boulevard homesites, the homes set well back from the street as they are in many old Southern towns. A 3-acre public square complex, a 6200+ sq. ft. Community Center, a 36' "bandstand" gazebo, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks on both sides of the streets all contribute to Kitts Creek's small town ambience.
