The HOA Board relies heavily on the involvement of many neighborhood volunteers to provide input on everything from financial transactions and contracts to the pool, garden and social events we all enjoy. Please consider getting involved on a committee and having a voice in our neighborhood!
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)Led by Dave Dinsdale [contact ARC]
The ARC assists homeowners who wish to make a change to the exterior of their home by reviewing and approving exterior projects. The ARC ensures that changes made are within our Architectural Guidelines and Covenants and are consistent in quality and style with the rest of the neighborhood.
Budget & Finance CommitteeLed by Kris Murthy [contact B&F]
The Budget and Finance committee (new for 2018!) will work monthly to make sure our expenditures are in line with the projected budget for the year. During “budgeting season” in October they are an invaluable resource to the HOA Board in assisting with obtaining bids and reviewing and negotiating contracts.

The Communications Committee (also new for 2018!) is taking on the responsibilities of getting the word out. They will work with the Committees and HOA Board to put together information to eblast out and post on this website so that we all stay informed about changes in the neighborhood and upcoming events.
Pool Committee Led by James Semmens [contact Pool]
The Pool Committee is responsible for all things pool. They help review the pool management company’s contract, schedule regular meetings with the pool management company during swim season and they are working to figure out the best way to offer swim lessons for our community.

Ever been to one of our awesome community events? The social committee is responsible for organizing and planning our monthly recurring events as well as our larger holiday events. The Community Garden Club is responsible for building and maintaining the community garden located behind the white fence on Circandian Court. Each year, paying members of the garden club plant, cultivate and harvest a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to split co-op style among members. Click for more information >

The Swim Team is an independent operation from the Homeowners Association but they do utilize the neighborhood’s pool. Swim team signups open each Spring and are open for children ages 5+ who are comfortable in the water and have basic swim skills. The Landscape Committee (new for 2019) mission statement:
- Support the HOA board in managing the neighborhood common areas and determine where landscaping can be improved to enhance cost savings.
- Organizing activities and workshops to educate residents about lawn care, gardening, and landscaping.
- Providing guidance about landscaping to residents who may need extra help
- Encouraging families with young children to engage in gardening activities to help foster family and community connections.
