The clubhouse is available to all members of the community to use during “open hours” and to rent for private events.

The gym and fitness areas include multiple strength and cardio machines as well as free weights and a yoga/dance studio. Available to all homeowners. Please see rules and usage policies posted in the facility.
The community garden works as a cooperative where members work together on the entire area and manage it as a single large garden, distributing the harvest equitably among garden members. Click to learn more >
The dog park is open to all homeowners and their dogs. There are 2 sides to the dog park, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Please follow rules as posted at the facility.
The tennis courts are open to all homeowners and their guests during daylight hours only. Please follow rules as posted at the facility.
The gazebo is a beautiful open air location to sit and relax or host a gathering.
Historic Circle Green is a wide open space for gathering with neighbors, walking your dog, or playing a game of pickup soccer.
The playground is a great way for kids to burn of energy and meet others in the neighborhood.
The community library is located withing the gym in the clubhouse. Checkout and read at your leisure. Please help us keep this area clean by tidying up as you go!
